CEWD’s leadership recently unanimously approved the addition of two new directors to the Board, Amanda Mullan, the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer of New Jersey Resources and Gery Gorla, the Chief Human Resources Officer at Spire Inc. The election of Mullan and Gorla follows a recent decision by CEWD to expand its board representation of companies that work exclusively in natural gas.
