The 2025 CEWD Workforce Development Summit will be held November 18-20, at The Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf (480 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C.).

Offering peer reflections, lessons from outside influencers, guidance from knowledgeable experts and forward-facing action steps, this year’s Summit will once again unite the full energy sector for collaborative learning. The event welcomes all who lead and support workforce development for employers including individuals in HR, operations, external relations and community engagement, public policy, DE&I, labor partners, talent acquisition, training, workforce planning, CSR, and others. We also welcome others whose work is essential in the workforce ecosystem including educators, community-based organizations, workforce systems, philanthropists, agencies, non-profits, and others.
