In this collaborative program, employers in the energy sector will learn from one another as they utilize best-practice research to create action plans that engage frontline workers in contributing to innovation and corporate advancement. We will focus on driving business value, by harnessing the strength of your team.

The Opportunity
The Talent Rewire and CEWD Navigate Workshop, a 1.5 day in-person immersive learning experience September 9-10, 2025, seeks to change the paradigm for both employers and employees by bringing together a community of employers who are committed to intentionally disrupting their current talent systems and practices in service of increasing opportunity for their frontline and entry-level workforce to build energy careers.
