The 2024 CEWD Workforce Development Summit will be held November 19-21, at The Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf (480 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C.). This year’s program promises to be the most informative, most important, and most insightful of any such event we have ever offered, as the discipline of workforce development has never been more significant in building our talent pipeline than it is right now.

Offering peer reflections, lessons from outside influencers, guidance from knowledgeable experts and forward-facing action steps, this year’s Summit will once again unite the full energy sector for collaborative learning. The event welcomes all who lead and support workforce development for employers including individuals in HR, operations, external relations and community engagement, public policy, DE&I, labor partners, talent acquisition, training, workforce planning, CSR, and others.
