Companies demonstrate innovation, progress, and accomplishments in their ability to attract, retain, and support the professional development of veterans. The award winners show exemplary commitment to veterans, creating and ensuring a supportive veteran-focused environment, through actions and demonstrated successes. Award winners also demonstrate thoughtful, impactful, and intentional strategic initiatives focused on increasing the number of veterans hired and retained by the company. Metrics show that these companies have increased the number of veterans hired and retained by the company.
