Educate Policymakers About the Energy Workforce
With a slew of new policymakers and staffers settling into their offices, there is a fresh audience to educate about the industry’s vast workforce development needs. This new resource from CEWD can help with that. We encourage you to share this throughout your organization so it can support conversations being held across the enterprise.

EIF 2.0 Is Now Available in Spanish
As you work with educators on the why of bringing energy curriculum into their classrooms, you can also offer the “how” by introducing them to CEWD’s Energy Industry Fundamentals 2.0 curriculum – and for educators serving Spanish speaking students, the curriculum is now available in Spanish thanks to generous support from National Grid.

Help Us Place 400 Veterans Looking for an Energy Job
CEWD’s new Veteran’s Registration Site became effective in late August and since then we have close to 400 veterans listed with resumes, contact information, military occupational specialty, relevant skills and city and state of interest. This is another resource you can tap for veterans and transitioning service members who are looking to work in the industry. If you are a member of CEWD and don’t yet have access to this database, please click here to register.
We also ask that you please check to see if your company’s recruitment contact information is listed on our site. If you are not listed, please register so that we may add this information to the directory to support military families in their job search. Please direct questions to Rosa Schmidt, Director of Veteran Programs at [email protected].
