Annual Workforce Development Summit

Mark your calendars! The 2025 CEWD Forum will be May 13-14, at The Ritz-Carlton, 921 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70112.

The CEWD Forum offers two days of transformative programming for industry leaders who are focused on cultivating workplaces that mirror the vibrant communities they serve. The re-tooled and re-imagined Forum will convene stakeholders to digest recent changes that are impacting how we address industry priorities and business imperatives including workforce access, inclusion, representation, belonging, corporate culture, systemic change, accessibility, and equity.

Through two tracks – one for C-suite executives and the other for directors and managers – attendees will engage with thinking partners and subject matter experts for open dialogues designed to frame actionable strategies that can be deployed within companies and across the sector.

We seek every leader, every voice, and every idea to shape the Forum and influence its impact.
