My career in the energy sector aims to empower those most impacted by energy poverty. As a Gender & Youth Analyst, I have focused on bringing visibility and voice to women and youth—populations that are disproportionately affected in the United States and globally, especially across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Small-Island Developing Countries. Too often, these groups are overlooked in energy policy, finance, and data collection. Through my work, I have advocated for inclusive approaches and highlighted critical gaps. I am especially proud to have supported more than 20 young women, helping them develop the technical and soft skills needed to thrive as energy professionals and leaders. My goal with this work is to contribute to a more just & equitable energy transition.
