Help Power the Next Generation of Tradeswoman
The PowHERful Women Mentoring Program is connecting women exploring careers in the skilled trades with experienced professionals who can guide, support, and inspire them along the way into the skilled trades.
We’re currently seeking mentors who work in the trades and are ready to share their experience, offer practical advice, and help someone take their next step with confidence. Even a small time commitment can make a lasting impact. We also encourage you to share this opportunity within your networks and communities, whether that’s with colleagues, partners, or women who may be interested in exploring a career in the trades.
