What makes me most proud of the work I do is being part of an industry that is actively evolving and shaping the future. The transformation within the power utility sector is incredibly exciting, and the opportunity to support large loads while solving complex challenges makes my work both meaningful and impactful. I take pride in contributing to solutions that push the boundaries of what our industry has traditionally done.
Growth and development have had a profound impact on my life, both professionally and personally. Working in an environment that encourages curiosity, innovation and continuous learning has allowed me to expand my knowledge and build confidence in navigating complex situations. I’m fortunate to be supported by a forward leaning leadership team along with a strong foundation at home that enables me to fully invest in my growth.
These experiences have shaped my mindset – always striving to learn more, think differently and evolve alongside the industry. That commitment to continuous growth is what keeps me motivated and excited about the work I do each day.
