As part of the Procurement & Supply Chain team, we extend our impact beyond our organization by partnering with local universities to speak with aspiring supply chain professionals about the waste industry. We share our processes and experiences as a strategic sourcing team and highlight how WIN Waste Innovations delivers value through the Waste-to-Energy (WtE) process across our 12 facilities by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and generating electricity that powers local homes and businesses as a result. It is rewarding to see our industry incorporated into the academic curriculum that is shaping the next generation of business leaders.
