From Student Worker to VP of Operations. Jarred’s prior military service instilled in him the values of teamwork, resilience, and trust. These qualities provided a seamless transition into the brotherhood of a line crew and laid the foundation for his success in the energy industry. While working at GreyStone, he used his VA benefits to complete his degree in Business Management. This, along with his background and field experience, gave him a leg up on other candidates as a Manager and, most recently, as a VP.
