Growing up, both of my parents worked in the utility industry. I heard many stories of dedication and the importance of keeping the lights on. Their careers taught me the value of helping others and the impact energy has on people’s daily lives. I chose to build my career within the cooperative world, and it has been incredibly rewarding.
Working for a co-op allows me to make a difference in the lives of our members. I love sharing their stories, helping them take advantage of programs and services, and engaging in our community through member events.
The energy industry has shaped my career and my perspective on community and collaboration. It has given me pride in continuing a family career path while making my own contributions. I love that the work I do helps strengthen the communities we serve. It makes every day meaningful.
