I’m proud of the fact that I have pursued different roles across my career including meter reader, leak inspector and corrosion technician. By embracing new challenges and responsibilities that create self-worth and personal development, I have shown my three daughters courage and strength that is available to them.

Smith works as a support lead in the call center and as a union trainer for all call centers. She’s also part of the safety and problem-solving teams.
