In her role, Posner evaluates the monetary value and capacity of existing utility facilities, assesses the safety of the surrounding conditions and also determines when it’s appropriate to upgrade or condemn them. Additionally, she provides relevant documentation for regulation adherence.
In her own words:
I have the opportunity to be someone who gets to meet newly hired women in the workplace. I’m delighted to help with their onboarding and support them as they become more proficient in their jobs. A good woman can make a deal for herself, but a great one makes a deal for everyone. This is the leadership I had seen in others and the message I continue to share with my co-workers.
